The service
Floaty designs and delivers a custom landing page based on the brief you submit. The price is $99 USD per page, paid once, via Stripe. We aim to deliver within 24 hours of receiving both your brief and your payment; if we ever need longer, we'll tell you by email.
What you get
A live landing page (deployed for you, or delivered as files for your own hosting) and the complete source files (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and generated assets). Once delivered, the page and its source files are yours: you can host, modify, and use them commercially without restriction or ongoing fees.
What we need from you
Your page is built from your brief. You confirm that the materials you provide (text, logos, images, claims, testimonials) are yours to use and accurate. We don't fabricate facts, metrics, logos, or testimonials — what you give us is what goes on the page.
Refunds
You can cancel for a full refund any time before production of your page has started. Once production has started, the fee is non-refundable, because the design work — the thing you're paying for — has been spent. Delivery of the finished page by email completes the order. If we fail to deliver your page, you get a full refund, no questions.
Revisions
Delivery includes up to two rounds of reasonable revisions to the delivered page, requested by email within 14 days. New pages, rebrands, or a new brief count as a new order.
Your data
We store your brief and email address to fulfill your order and don't sell them or share them with anyone except the services needed to run Floaty (payment: Stripe; hosting: Cloudflare). See the Privacy Policy for details, including how to have your data deleted.
Liability
Floaty is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid.
